August 9th 2010 - IDP Shipyards chooses Trimergo

IDP Shipyards, based in Oostende, Belgium, is specialized in the repair and construction of professional vessels. They offer mechanical works, engineering, steel, aluminum and stainless steel construction works. Their customers range from fishing vessel owners to navy fleet managers and ferry operators. IDP Shipyards is established in 1922 as a co-operative society to support the fishing fleet of Oostende, under the name “Industrielle des Pêcheries”.

The integration of planning, material acquisition, time tracking and budget management gave Trimergo T2 Enterprise in selecting a lead over its competitors. The broad experience and positive references of Trimergo in the maritime industry, gave for IDP Shipyards the casting vote. More than 35 shipyards and suppliers in the Benelux already use Trimergo software. IDP Shipyards wants to control and professionalize their shipyard and make further growth possible.
