This is the Trimergo Team when the company was founded in 2001. It has significantly grown since then (our clothing is more modern too) but what has not changed is our passion for what we are doing – creating an ideal software so that our customers, industrial project-based companies, can deliver their projects on time and on budget.
Everyone on the Trimergo Management Team demonstrates outstanding experience in ERP/CRM, project management, and planning. This combination of expertise ensures the steady focus and quality of Trimergo’s software.
Wim Schrijver – CEO
Wim Schrijver controls Trimergo’s strategy, sales, and marketing. Wim started his career in sales at project management software companies. In 1994, Wim co-founded Uniplan Planning Solutions, a software developer for multi-project/multi-resource solutions. The company was acquired in 1998 by Augeo Software, a leading professional service automation (PSA) vendor. At Augeo, Wim was responsible for the EU operations. Wim holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology, in the Netherlands.
Jelle Koning – Operations Director
Jelle Koning focuses on the long-term product development and strategy in Trimergo software. Jelle has substantial experience in the ERP market having worked, among others, for AB Software and Consultancy, an Exact ERP partner in the Netherlands. Jelle’s experience is supplemented by a thorough knowledge of customer-request-driven production environments. Jelle holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands.
As Manager Operations, Jelle is responsible for consultancy and support.
Rein-Peter de Boer – Engineering Manager
Rein de Boer joined Trimergo in 2005 as Lead Engineer. In this role, he developed Trimergo’s add-on for SAP Business One, which was sold from Trimergo’s portfolio in 2011. Since 2010, Rein has applied his extensive experience in software development to his current role. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente, in the Netherlands.
Anja van Engen – Finance Director
Anja van Engen is responsible for finance and HR at Trimergo. Anja started in facility management companies and, since 1995, has held various finance and office management positions in in the software industry. In 2003, Anja joined Trimergo. Anja holds a bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, inthe Netherlands.
Scott Frandsen – Manager Americas
Scott Frandsen is responsible for bringing Trimergo to the Northern American market. Scott has an accomplished career as a sales and marketing executive within the U.S. and European technology industry. He began his career at IBM where he worked for eight years in sales and marketing, primarily in the U.S. but also with IBM EMEA. After IBM he was based in Europe as the managing director for the EMEA operations of a U.S. CRM software company. He has lived and worked in Italy, the Netherlands, and the U.K. Scott has a master’s degree in engineering and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg school.
