Trimergo B2 Web

Trimergo is pleased to announce our newest software solution, B2Web, is now available for general release. Trimergo B2Web is a web-based application designed to meet the needs of remote users such as field sales and field service. It is tightly integrated with SAP Business One and provides robust functionality for remote users and opens new sales opportunities for SAP Business One Partners.

B2Web is available free of charge to SAP Business One Partners for their own internal use.

Features and Benefits:

  • B2Web CRM, Business partners, Activities and Sales Documents: A B2Web user is able to create, edit and view SBO Business Partners, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Returns, A/R Invoices, and Activities, all from a web browser. So for example, remote users will be able to create new SBO Sales Quotes which can be viewed by the home office, or view SBO Sales Orders that we created from the home office. B2Web CRM provides also an intuitive and easy to use calendar with bi-directional integration of SBO Activities. Any SBO Activity can be directed to a specific remote user.
  • B2Web Timesheets: Users with Trimergo B2 Project or B2 MRO can book Time. It provides browser-based input of labor on projects and service orders. B2Web Timesheets that can be purchased separately. 
  • Advanced Technology: B2Web is designed using ASP.NET and has a real time link with the SAP Business One database using AJAX. It uses web-services for its licensing.

Future Functionality
This is the first release of B2Web and Trimergo Software is committed to continually enhance and improving its functionality. New functionality already planned includes the following:

  • PDA Access: This will extend all the functionality of B2Web to select PDA devices. Initial release will focus on the Apple iPhone and Microsoft Windows Mobile platforms. Available Q1, 2010.
  • B2Web Service: Accessible by web browser or PDA device, the ability to create, edit and view B2 Service Orders, Customer Equipment Cards, Issuing Material, Goods Receipts, Stock Transfers and Time Entry, combined with a complete overview of all service orders. This will create a very robust Field Service solution and open additional sales opportunities for SAP Business One partners. B2Web Service is for Trimergo B2 Project and B2 MRO users.
     

As mentioned, B2Web is available free of charge to SAP Business One Partners for their own internal use. It opens new sales opportunities as well as being a useful enhancement for current customers.
