For years they were amazed about this far from ideal match. Companies working on a project have a different business process - with implications for planning of materials, people and finances. The available ERP software packages did not match these processes, because they focused on mass production.
To this day, it is Trimergo's passion to deliver optimal software. Software which brings its customers control over projects and therefore gives higher margins.
Management team:
Every member of the Trimergo management team has substantial education and experience in ERP/CRM and project management. Trimergo has an exclusive focus on developing high quality, best-of-breed solutions for the project industry.
Wim Schrijver – CEO
Wim Schrijver was one of the original founders of Trimergo and is responsible for strategy, sales, marketing and finance. After holding sales positions for several project management software companies, Wim co-founded Uniplan Planning Solutions in 1994. Uniplan was an early leader developing software solutions for multi -resource planning. In 1998 Uniplan was acquired by Augeo Software, a leading provider for Professional Service Automation (PSA). At Augeo Wim was responsible for the European operations. Wim holds a masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the University of Technology Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
Jelle Koning – product strategist
Jelle Koning is one of the original founders of Trimergo and is responsible for product engineering and product management. Jelle has substantial experience in the ERP market and has worked for numerous ERP software vendors. Jelle has a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
Frank Brouwer – Product Architect
Frank Brouwer is one of the original founders of Trimergo and is responsible for the product architecture. Frank is an expert in planning software and database architecture. Frank was a co-founder of Uniplan software. In 1998 Uniplan was acquired by Augeo Software, a leading provider for Professional Service Automation (PSA). At Augeo Frank Brouwer was program manager R&D. Frank holds a bachelor degree in Information Technology.
Maarten Weggemans - Manager Services Benelux
Maarten Weggemans has a Marketing & Communication background. Prior to joining Trimergo, Maarten was active in the energy sector and worked at an engineering company in the field of infrastructure, environment and real estate.
Being very interested in project based organizations in the technical world he started in 2005 with Trimergo as a business consultant. Since 2008 he is responsible for the services department of Trimergo. Maarten has a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics.
In 2005, Rein joined Trimergo as lead engineer. In that role, he founded the Project Management tool for Sap Business One (sold from the portfolio of Trimergo in 2011). Since 2010 he is responsible for the entire product development at Trimergo, as manager of the software engineering department.
Rein Peter has extensive experience in software development and a Master's degree (ir) Electrical Engineering of Twente University.
Scott Frandsen has an accomplished career as a sales and marketing executive within the U.S. and European technology industry. He began his career at IBM where he worked for eight years in sales and marketing, primarily in the U.S. but also with IBM EMEA. After IBM he was based in Europe as the managing director for the EMEA operation of a US CRM software company. He has lived and worked in Italy, the Netherlands, and the U.K., and travelled extensively in western and eastern Europe. Scott Frandsen has a master’s degree in engineering, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg school.
