After an extensive selection procedure, this special machine builder switched to a single integrated solution for its financial administration, projects, planning and service. This was for both the machine building services within HGG – HGG Profiling Equipment – and for the cutting services – HGG Profiling Contractors.

WHAT WAS THE BACKGROUND FOR THE ERP SEARCH?
HGG was looking for a comprehensive business-wide information system to provide a solution to the limitations of its administrative software. This software was not very flexible and more suited to product inventory and trading companies. MS Project was used to plan project work. The two systems were separate from each other, which regularly led to incorrect figures and lots of extra work.

That means that it has all the knowledge in house. As a client, you have real influence on the development of the software in the long term. Like the ballot on the customer day. Compared with the situation before Trimergo, the differences are mainly in the field of efficiency and speed: “It’s easier to place orders, book in hours. It’s all much simpler and more flexible and all this information is in one system.”
